New mitigation system installation for their new home.

16 year old fan was very noisy

The client wanted to add a fan to the system to activate it but the builder did a poor job on routing the pvc in the attic so we made some adjustments and added the necessary electrical service to get the system operational.

New quiet fan.

This client was seeing high radon levels even with an active system so we replaced an older fan with a new more powerful fan and sealed the gap between the basement slab and foundation walls.
